What To Wear For Spring Engagement Pictures

HAPPY WEDDING WEDNESDAY! I am so happy to start this series to help all you brides or soon to be brides out there! ENJOY 🙂

So pretty much the very first thing we did as an engaged couple is….take engagement pictures! We are lucky enough to have a photographer in the family (Zac’s mom) so taking pictures is something we’ve always done. But this photo shoot was my most favorite because it captures the start of this season of our lives.

We will look back at these pictures in 10, 20, 50 years, and remember the love and joy we had celebrating where we are on this crazy journey.

I wanted this specific photo shoot to be casual and relaxed so we went with casual/cute outfits. We kept it super simple, but I do plan to have a dressier photoshoot later on this year. So stay tuned for that. But for now I will share what to wear for a Spring Engagement  photo shoot

For tops I strongly suggest keeping it simple. Pick solid colors, or muted color designs. You wear the clothes, don’t let the clothes wear you! I picked a light blue fringe sweater tank top, and a white off the shoulder blouse. I paired both with a medium wash denim! Here a few tops that I think would be so cute for a spring  photo shoot:

With rompers and dress, you can have a little bit more fun. For Spring pick pretty floral prints, or a unique stripe. You could also never go wrong with a go to denim dress or romper. Below I have shared a few that I would for sure wear during a Spring Engagement photo shoot:

I hope this helped all you brides, or soon to be brides decide what to wear during your engagement pictures. Leave a comment below with what you want the next #weddingwednesday to include!!
